That's really impressive. Chord Sequencer is rudimentary by comparison.

FL user here, it's really solid, especially the performance area to add more rhythm and then you can further manipulate notes yourself in the piano roll

But in general I don't like using these kind of tools much, I'd rather make all my melodies from scratch, whether they are chords or top melodies. Even if my music theory is not the best, I would still rather learn stuff and apply it to a next song

But stuff like this is still very good to learn, as you can break down the generated chord progressions and analyze it. When I use it though, my favorite aspect has to be manipulating it in the piano roll, that way the idea gets going and then I can put my twist on it
