Hi everybody, thanks for the admission.
If the issue is already here somewhere, sorry in advance and please let me get in there. I did not find it, so far.
The issue: my Panorma p4 plays 2 notes on 3 (or 5 on 7) when I do chords.
Sometimes, in a very random way, one note plays and sometimes not.
Sometimes, the volume goes away or decrease, other time not, on the same note.
It happens, especially when there is a slight pressure on the keybed.
Sometimes, if I play - let's say - 6 notes, and then I press for the 7th note, one of the former note is ... deleted !
I made a test with Midi - OX and it seems to be ok on the screen, but the sound, during the test, has the same problems.
Latency on Reason setup is ok - I think - and poliphony of the single device too.
Any suggestion ? The keyboard is useless in this way.
Thanks so much

Just an idea: It might be duplicate devices in the MIDI controller setup. Make sure those are configured as Nektar has documented.
Hi Victor,
Most likely a setup issue. Have you updated the firmware?
