Audible enclaves - Targeted Sound

Like something out of a Black Mirror episode, scientists have developed a way to send sound to a target that can bend around obstacles and only be heard at its destination. That is, potentially through a crowd to a single person.

It’s still very early days but while it could have some potentially cool applications, there’s always going to be a sinister side – I’ll leave that to your imagination.
