I am using Monterey but "MacOS Monterey will no longer be supported starting November 1st, 2024.
With the release of macOS Sequoia, Apple will no longer be supporting or providing security updates for macOS Monterey. To keep the NAU’s digital environment secure, ITS will be ending support of MacOS Monterey."

The latest is great if your machine can handle it so best way to ask is to exactly describe your computer.

Being that native instruments just made an update to the newest system... I wonder how many other applications, vst's and au plugs are still catching up. Native instruments is a big player ... the small companies can't constantly keep up to the unending mac os upgrades.
The question remains which os upgrade doesn't lose functionality of products I have purchased?
Lots of views... no input

Sonoma is working just fine, both for Reason and for third party VSTs. And it'll continue to be supported for quite a while - Apple supports their three most recent OS's with security updates, so even when a new OS is announced following Sequoia, Sonoma will still be secure and solid.

All my various VSTs and Reason 13 are working flawlessly on macOS Sonoma on Mac Studio M2 Ultra. It was a pleasant transition from prior macOS.
