Guys, I solved it!

For those of us who are sick of waiting for Reason 13, I just accidentally found the solution. All you have to do is download the update of 12 and open it in Finder (This works in macOS only). You'll see a package file "Reason 12.pkg". Open the archive file again and boom! Reason 13.pkg is in your downloads folder, all ya gotta do is install it, I'm so confident this will work I'm just going to post this now.
