It's called a voice clone.. there's a few out there.. some more detailed than others.. Speechify is a popular one.. ElevenLabs is really good and fairly affordable for making a clone voice. Obviously you have some recorded speech to upload so the AI can analyze it to replicate voice. The more source material the better.. some very technical ones require a full hour of recorded speech at a minimum for the AI to clone the voice
