I think the term you're looking for is fuck it bucket. As in ...another one for the fuck it bucket.
In carpentry this is more satisfying because you can actually throw something you've fucked up across the room. Or at least a hand tool of your choosing.
In machine music that's a very expensive way to take out frustration so I don't recommend.
