Some of you may have noticed I've been stuck in a Prodigy phase for a while. So I'm curious, what are your favorite tracks from the group? You can pick up to 5 tracks.
I'm just gonna be biased as hell and make you pick from the first 3 albums, since they mean the most to me personally and it seems it's often the same for other people as well. I can't include every song anyway. There's always the comment section if the options provided aren't enough.
In case there's more than one version of a song, just assume it's the version you like.

5 only is not enough. My vote was rejected

I went with Firestarter because it really offended a colleague at the time (a colleague who was in the music biz!!) and it sounded superb on the radio. Then I went with Smack My batch Up, because it offended the same chap so much that he forgot about Firestarter. And because of that Prophecy sound. And because it's one of the best best opening tracks on any album. Talk about setting the scene...
The Fat Of The Land was where the stars aligned for them. Previous albums were patchy with some great bits and everything they did after that seemed to be them trying to get the same stars to align in the same way, which never works.

I love everything on both the crying face, and the crab albums

I love all three records. I like that each really has its own character and vibe. When I first got into Prodigy as a teen I think I preferred Fat of the land. But now I like listening to Experience and Jilted more than FOTL. Experience is such a fun youthful anything-goes kind of record. And Jilted has that dark vibe to it. Smack my batch up from FOTL has to be one of the greatest songs ever though for me. It's such a unique hard hitting tune.

Yeah, I like that! Heavy and sexy!
I discovered this "making of" video a long time ago, and it's still impressive. Pavloff nailed a lot of the sounds. It makes a great teaching tool.

I went with charly as it was the first track I heard from them. It was on a xl recordings album which I originally bought as it contained t99 Anastasia but was full of great songs.
Once aware of the prodigy I then was a fan and out of space is still a favourite. Wind it up and fire are also bangers.
I prefer the older stuff to the newer albums as it takes me back to my youth and many great memories of the early rave scene.

What the hell??
No good, Their law, and Voodoo people should be on top. Those are possibly Liam's most iconic songs with unforgettable sounds and melodies!
P.s. Death of the prodigy dancers
~ poor Keef'; that one title was cursed...

I made my choices, but Invaders Must Die was a huge album for me at the time. In my view it was a second high point for them.
I also think Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned is unfairly maligned. (The Way It Is! Spitfire!)

Action Radar is one of my favorite tracks. Keith also "sang" that live when I saw them about 6 years ago. Hot Ride is also a killer track.

Yes they've got some good stuff on other records too. I like Spitfire and Memphis Bells on Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned. Phoenix is pretty cool too.
