ad blocker for palemoon browser / firefox please

hello,

i use windows 7 and palemoon browser
(an off shoot of 'firefox' browser)

my computer crashed
so had to restart

and now my internet is back, full of ads
(mostly yahoo and youtube cooking videos)

does anyone know of a good ad blocker please?

i have the add-on 'ad block latitude' installed
but it doesn't seem to be doing much good

uBlock Origin works very well.

i tracked uBlock origin down
but it will only install on 'chrome' or 'firefox' browsers

i use 'palemoon' browser on windows 7

so no joy

still looking, if anyone else has ideas please

@ Floyd42: i have 'adblock latitude' running now
but it doesn't do as well a job as the previous version of another ad blocker i was running

i didn't write down the name of the other ad blocker (my mistake)

so i am still looking

my oma lived in potsdam
across the street from sans soucci park (sp)
as a teen ager she would boil bloody linens for the hospital
during ww2
she would walk back home through the park
russian soldiers would shoot at her
not meaning to hit her, more of a joke kind of thing
oma was not political, just helping her people out
later, she would be captured and placed in a russian concentration camp for about 2 years
