So, you censor my reply to like some overlord, and that for a subject matter you have zero knowledge of. Way to go Loque I guess you decided you stay with your anti-science tin-foil hat on. Reading a peer reviewed study is just not part of your realm I take it? I know, it hurts to feel having your toes stepped on when you fake opinion is dis-proven by science. You could have spent less time commenting here than it would take for you to find the peer reviewed placebo controlled studies on the subject matter. But I understand you do want to know the science, that would just disapprove your own conspiracy theory that science here does not exists. I rest my case...Loque wrote: ↑26 Dec 2020Dude, you just mixing a healthy immun system with a general cure against covid and you sh!t on everybody that has it not, cannot obtain it because he is poor, old or ctitical unhealthy and you try to tell them just vitamin D can help them all. You just live in your own little world box, you lost contact to reality and what you are telling here is stupid, careless and critical dangerous to ppl listen to such crap you are telling.
Sadly you are part of those growing amount of ppl that BELIEVE in suspicious theories leaving out ALL facts and mixing some true things with their conspiracy.
Really, stop it.

Did you look at any research before you made this statement? I guess not (We need a hilarious emoji, lol is not enough!)
Here it is, Africa and vitamin D (Research data - not just a guess). 60% is deficient using 30ng/ml as the limit, but we know you need 50ng/ml, so it is more than 60% deficient in Africa: Reference: https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lang ... 7/fulltext
Same publication will tell you that deficiency is more prevalent in N Africa and S Africa compared to Sub-Sahara. (they use nmol/L but I converted it to ng/mL to be consistent with previous discussion)
And what about covid cases in Africa? It looks like S Africa numbers are 60% of all Sub-Sahara case numbers. Oh my, that correlates with The Lancet vitamin deficiency study. But how about N Africa, oops, higher numbers than Sub-Sahara (excl S Africa), double "Oh My", it correlates yet again with the vitamin D data.
This taken from here: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-53181555
So to summarize: N Africa more vitamin D deficiency higher covid case count, S Africa more vitamin D deficiency higher covid case count, Sub-Sahara Africa less vitamin D deficiency lower covid case count.
So where do you guys get nutritional data and world views from, those stickers on the McDonalds French Fry boxes?

It’s the Internet - there’s bound to be a heated debate.
Glad to hear you’re on the mend, though. I know 3 people in my circle who died of COVID-19 complications. One person was in his mid-30’s and had no prior health issues. You dodged a bullet, my friend.
