Which 5 synths are you using the most nowadays?

Let's take the last 6 months or so and forward to today. Which synths typically get the most use?
It's fine to pick both VSTs and REs. Pick 5.

Just interested to see what people are into right now. If it's still old Thor or if people have moved on to other things.

I tend to change synths around all the time. But looking back on my recent music these synths seems to have been used more than others.

Scenic
Legend
Expanse
Zero
FM4

Roland Zenology
anything from Korg Legacy Collection
Arturia Pigments
Arturia Analog Lab (V collection)
The Legend (VST version)

I would like to use Reason Rack Plugin (with a lot of REs I own) more, if it's GUI wasn't so tiny, that I can hardly read it (in Studio One and Cantabile).

Korg Monotron Duo. It's the only synth I own.

Oh, unless you mean those soft synth things.

bx_oberhausen
Omnisphere
Padshop
Serum
Pianoteq

But Kontakt is probably my most use instrument VST - not really a synth

... I use a huge amount of other synths (both hardware and software - RE / VST), but I do keep returning to those above, so they must be doing something right for me. I think I cheated there because Vintage Vault is like 100+ synths. Oh well - it's stunning and should get much more love from the community.

Oh... and I'll secretly say ANA2 (just to stir up Loque - 'cus it's a pet hate synth of his, every time someone asks if it's any good he chirps in within 2 minutes and says it's not cus he listened to it for about 3 minutes and thought it sounded average... even though I like it and use it and keep repeating straight after him that the chord and arp are cool) and my Moog Sub37 (hardware) which can sound mental and raw and angry and moody and soulful and groovy and fun and spiky and angry (oh I said that already) - I'll stop there. I think I've had too much sun.

I'm more a Guitar player, so I don't even use 5 synths enough to factor in which 5 get most used but I use piano in a lot of my songs.

Its not "hate", but since it's not in your top5, i think my decision is right πŸ˜πŸ‘

Eh...

Probably:
Antidote
Predator
Thor
MalstrΓΆm
Subtractor

But.. If we also would accept that Grain and Proton are synths too then these too as well then.

I thought I was using a sampler but now I can chime in on the synth discussions!
