Yeah, bigos is great. I used to eat it regularly in our student diner. Until I went vegetarian.

You can get pretty good results with kraut and no meat.

I'm not going vegetarian till they sort out the vat grown stuff. I've tried. I was really bad at it. Kept cheating all the time like I was trying to quit something. I don't eat a lot of meat but I start going batty after a while.

With iced tea made from stinging nettles, yarrow, moringa leaves, raspberry leaves, holy basil, red hibiscus flowers and lemon balm. All grown by my wife and I. Just setting in the spring and summer vegetables and herbs we are growing this year. Also just started another orchard of fruit and berry bushes.

cuban sandwich (tampa, fl)
muffuletta sandwich (new orleans)
tripleta sandwich (puerto rico)

the origins of each sandwich might get 'discussed / argued'

the cuban sando i learned about while watching the movie 'chef'
the muffuletta sando has a lot of processed deli meat, unless you make it fresh
the tripleta sando video is in spanish but the recipe is pretty clear

In the heatwave here? Mostly coffee with milk and sugar. Yoghurt. Biscuits. And sparkling water.

I'm not starving, but of course my weight isn't willing to go lower (even if it's just a couple of kgs I wanna drop).

I focus more on eating more vegetables and fruits. ...Okay, maybe the vegetable soups started out with 1 kg meat, but that's pretty close to vegetarian. Yeah... : D
BUT! I made salad TWICE lately! With a bit of fried liver and pork meat. And one with tuna.

I have a problem with the weight - I go to the gym, eat healthy food but my weight is the same. I think this is because the body is stressed with the lifestyle changing and tries to save fat. I eat twice a day (do not like breakfasts) and I do not know what else should I do to lose wight

Even more workout, and calorie counting and intake limiting, is what I've heard that worked for people. Don't forget that muscle building and increased water intake can up the weight number a bit, too.
I actually have a hard time getting fat. But lately I had a better appetite. : ) Things like when I cooked for guests, and once there were fewer showing up, or another time I cooked too much for them ~ and I didn't want to waste the food that was left.
