Do you ever finish tracks you don't really like?

It kinda sucks. I have some tracks that are really a-tuned to my ear. And yet as good as they are in that way, I don't "finish them" ............
Just curious. Do you know why?

Lack of motivation, discipline? Something else?

For me if the goal is to actually finish tracks, I've just accepted that some times are gonna be enjoyable while other times I'm gonna have to make an effort to get things done.

I think for me it's easy to get an idea, work with that idea. But I'm not sure I know how to polish it off and make it finished. Could be any or all of the reasons you listed.
