I'm Dutch and in my teens I met and befriended a guy from the Carribean Islands and one time he invited me over for dinner.. I think I was 18 - 20 or so... Right now I'm nearing my 50's and I still remember that meal.. it was good

My girlfriend is Filipino too but we still live on opposite sides of the earth but I visit there as often as I can soon she be moving here to live.
