How do you make your phone grayscale?

In iOS it’s in the accessibility features. I bound it to the accessibility shortcut which means I can triple click the home button to toggle greyscale.

wouldnt mind black and white racks devices but without shades of grey , but not the mixer channels or devices like drums with multiples channels,
in my country they forbidden the gui of cigarrettes packs, now they are all black , no logo , just some pics of ppl dying on it
