I just called a Skype-call from Finland to Estonia to my father. My father has a windows 10, but he didn't know how to fix a propblem, as I didn't hear his voice at all - but he heard mine. In 2018 you would think there is a button to get quarnteed fix to this, i.e. call out the audio settings that fix that problem. Bye!

All the audio-realted settings should be under the same location, in easy to manage layout and without all the mumbo-jumbo heprea. + loading a patch possibility, when a dumb user needs to call out settings that already worked before.

For some reason I can’t get videos to play properly in Windows 10 unless I open Reason first. Any ideas? Must be something to do with conflicting audio drivers.

No idea, you would think you can't play videos when Reason IS opened, instead.
