Is the RE-200 Bass Enhancer any good. What does it do (enhance bass frequencies?) and how does it help the bass in your mix?

Is the RE-200 Bass Enhancer any good. What does it do (enhance bass frequencies?) and how does it help the bass in your mix?

Yeah it's pretty alright. Sometimes I find it works better than boosting bass frequencies with a normal EQ. But for this song I only used it on the low boom effect. You'll hear it right at the start of the track and also at 0:39 for example.
But most of the times I use it on bass sounds or kicks.
