PSA: Touring Denmark? Avoid Ivan Rod of Gaffa magazine (SCAM ALERT)

Friend of mine posted this earlier:
Warning!
Ivan Rod, sometime Danish music promoter, part time writer for Danish music magazine Gaffa, booked me for 4 Concerts in Denmark earlier this year. He still owes me more than half of my fee, and he also pocketed the money from my CD sales at the gigs.
After numerous empty promises to pay, he eventually refused to communicate with me, or make any attempt at payment, or a payment plan. I was forced to contact a Danish attorney. Ivan admitted the debt and agreed to sign an agreement stipulating the same, as well as a payment plan. He has now refused to sign the agreement, and gone cold again, refusing to communicate or make good, even on this agreement.
I am an independent singer/songwriter, and my performance fees and CD sales are how I support myself. For a promoter to simply not pay the agreed fee, and also pocket the cash from my CD sales, is unacceptable behavior, especially from someone who uses his position as a music writer to gain trust and credibility.
Be warned by my experience, do business with Ivan Rod at your own risk.
