Random boring topic
There are a few people who follow me around, and try to find something that they can twist, then throw at me.
So, here's your chance! What is your problem? I presume you want peace, right? Let me know what it is that you can't get over?
EDIT: Or stay silent forever! xD
EDIT2: I meant few personal haters, who just hate me, but doesn't matter, time to move on.

Definitely not me! Rob letters can be swapped up into bro. Bros don't do that.
However, this reminded me of a childhood disaster. We went to an excursion with our class in 2nd grade I think, in elementary. I was bought a 0,5 L Coca Cola for it - which disappeared! To this day I don't know who took it. But I have suspicions! e_e
Just one pepsi!
If you ain't hip to the rare Housequake, shut up already.
Damn.
Damn.
It’s probably best to reply by PM if you have a “problem” with RobC.
Posting and discussing your personal issues with folks in the public forum is not a good way to solve them IMO, for a number of reasons first of which it is none of our business!!!

My problem is:
When I go online.
I feel like someone is watching everything I do.
Only to criticize my thoughts.
I feel the pressure to please people.
I feel sad when I am not on the internet.
Because of the pain I feel.
The emptiness, the void I can never fill.
When I 'turn around' and look to confront the trolls, I only see my own shadow.
I know my loved ones are more important than pixels on a screen.
How come they don't see all the good energy I bring to them.
They know I exist, but pretend I don't as if never to be seen.
My loved ones don't see me.
My family is the internet.
They follow me everywhere I go.
I know they are.
I feel good again.
Do you have a solution for my problem Mr RobC?

But people like watching anyway! Nothing wrong with a public talkshow. Especially if I responsibly host it, like a good host.selig wrote: ↑01 Jun 2018It’s probably best to reply by PM if you have a “problem” with RobC.

More trees = more evil eye pocking. Reason users need as many eyes as possible.
We need more grass, not more trees. Grass is flat. Grass is useful. Dogs love grass.

Rob, you are a really nice guy. Have faith in yourself and say goodbye to everyone else. There is no real need to start up another "he said/she said" thread.
Seriously man, if someone is pissing you off for whatever reason (and vice-versa)... take a deep breath and move on as it's not worth it. If someone says something that bothers you then ignore it! - In your own head, you can always dismiss them as an 'idiot' and get on with your day to day movements. It's not a competition.
Lots of different people frequent the board, all from different walks of life and with different thoughts, beliefs and personal directions. Be patient with people and go with the flow. Don't take the shit so seriously as it really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.
I can't help but see a lot of creative energy in you. Why not use that to create new things instead of going over the same old things that trigger you? Stay positive and fuck the 'haters'. Go with the FLOW.
Keep on keeping on man.

People have a certain perception of those who post and/or reply incessantly. People also have a certain perception of those whose posts tend more towards fluff than quality content (of course what's fluff and what's quality is subjective). Those perceptions sometimes give rise to irritation. Do it long enough, and the irritation becomes permanent and even your quality content will then trigger hatred or general irritability.
People are willing to be accepting and respectful of others. Are you? Not accusing you, just giving you things to think about. In general, speak less, observe more, assume less, put yourself in others' shoes, try to google first and ask later, etc, etc. Will get you a long way. Good luck.

True, I guess it's impossible not to have haters. Some probably are just looking for trouble out of boredom and aren't really haters.nickb523 wrote: ↑01 Jun 2018Rob, you are a really nice guy. I just had the mentality, since this is sort of a professional board to some extent, we might lose potential collaborators - be it a future project, or just generally thinking-further about audio related topics.
All in all, I offered a final chance for the few who seem to be interested in me, but have some butt-pain in need of remedy.
I do all kinds of posts and do my homework, too. This post is rather about when rarely, people start behave in a childish way since they can't get over something - but to be honest, I didn't recognize any of them commenting, so as Nick suggested, I'll move on, since I can't help them.ravisoni wrote: ↑01 Jun 2018People have a certain perception of those who post and/or reply incessantly. That reminds me of something interesting how YouTube works. People sometimes worry about dislikes and even hide votes - but that only seems to make their video appear less relevant in searches, suggestions, etc ~ or so do people suggest when they try to figure out the system - which changes every now and then. And dislikes many times encourage people's fans to start liking the video, which seems to have a positive effect, while (even) the dislikes seem to push videos.
It's debated if trolls are good or bad for business. When the FLGang arrived to Propellerhead videos, it made me not read comments in the end. xD
All in all, we can appreciate them to different degrees, I guess.
