My guess is NI won't do a damn thing. Probably doesn't care much, as long as the RE's disappear. We're not talking chart topping hits here, and lawyers are very expensive. I'm guessing this isn't the first time some of their tech has been copied slightly or sampled. Just another day at the office, move along.

He had some patches in the Reason 9 soundbank, and he ended up releasing his own refill for free with what he said were patches he created for the Reason 9 soundbank but were rejected.

He had nothing to do with the Orkester or Factory Sounds refills.
