I'm watching Mars Attack right now! Really awesome alien synth sounds in this movie.
One of my all time faves for many reasons, certainly including sound (and character) design as well as use of music as weapon… ;)

Time to rewatch it for me!
I rolled a minstrel in LOTRO.
Tough to be on the receiving side of my music

Might have been mentioned already - season 2 of Dave.

White guy rapper, never seen anything like it, very entertaining.

Just completed having fun playing Jedi Fallen Order, a quite enjoyable game. it motivated me to watch certain episodes of the Clone Wars TV show, my second favorite animated show of all time , just behind Avatar. The Clone Wars is an collection of stories in the Star Wars universe between Episode 2 and 3. It tells diverse stories from across the universe in The Clone Wars.

The reason it's captivating is that it doesn't need to depend on the principal characters to tell the story. The best episodes don't feature Obi-Wan and Anakin in the least, but simply random clone troopers, young Boba Fett working with his team or a cult of witches fighting Dooku. (And there are some amazing episodes featuring Obi-Wan as well as Anakin as well, such as when Obi-Wan pretends to be dead in order to disguise himself as prisoner, and then figure out an assassination plot against Chancellor, and it only gets better). If you enjoyed how grounded the Mandalorian character is and how grounded the Mandalorian is, then you'll be awed Clone Wars for the same reason. Additionally, you can watch the show without having to watch the films.

Avatar is fantastic, one of the best shows I know in any category. Zuko's story arc - amazing. Legends of Kora is excellent too, and the graphic novels.

I'm watching Xena Warrior Princess atm. A bit lame but bits are really good and its quite funny. It was filmed around where I grew up so I've been spotting people I know in the extras, and part of the enjoyment for me is how they tromp through New Zealand native Bush but its supposed to be Ancient Greece - which are nothing alike at all.

Plus I just watched the documentary about the Go Gos, really cool but also an object lesson in not getting too famous and not taking too much cocaine.

Following the story as it unfolds on TV and in the social networks. As a proponent, if anyone is interested.

I'm making an effort to not watch it. I am so tired of media fear mongering. People are not their best selves when constantly in fear, even if it's subtle.

hello,

this video about mtv and rob dyrdek is one of the most fascinating things i've watched
it says that business wise sense rob dyrdek 'controlled' mtv
but all the side deals rob was doing combined with the mtv stuff and just made him rich
i watched all the rob and big and fantasy factory videos
never really got into ridiculous
watched some of the bam stuff

it's interesting to see the behind the scenes of all this business stuff
and dyrdek's business sense

he made a great music video about the bodyspray he created, too
the video is most dope kinda corny if you don't like rap
but the lyrics go directly to the video
there's too much autotune, but i think that's the point
especially the ending explanation

and i have all his skate people toys
made a sicksick slow motion video with 'makin moves' as the soundtrack
in queens, ny at the skate park world fair site
on a train going to santa fe, new mexico
and a skate park in albuquerque, new mexico

very groovygroovy stuff

cheers and eat well

hello,

here's a little didder
flash mob music
watched a bunch of wedding proposals flash mob
with bruno mars songs and ed sheeran songs

i'm trying to figure out where to put the flash mob music scene in the movies i'm writing
it's easy to write about people who are dead or who don't exist
it's difficult to write about people who are still living

cheers and eat well,

j
