This has come up in RT before, I think? And if so i might have said this, but years ago I did a live soundtrack to a projection of a really bad vhs copy of it. Anyway, quite dark but super excellent film.

I was watching movie "The Untouchables" (1987). It's about Al Capone time. Reminded me about "Mafia" (2002) videogame. Amazing. Just amazing.

Last what I was watching was "Smokey and the Bandit". Fun movie of the 70's. The phrase of the movie "What's we're dealing with here is a total lack of respect to the law" was quoted in the Prodigy's "Their Law". And the main hero was played by the actor who played later in "Driven" also about cars, this time Formula-1. I liked the actress also. I think it's worth watching if you like old movies and cars. Most people of today won't be impressed too much. Me either.

couple of fun synth nerd things.

about the MXR M-129 pitch transposer. It's awesome and if anyone made a RE version of it I'd buy it. Been thinking about how to do it by stacking some echobodes or polars in a combinator in the meantime so if I come up with a good solution I'll post it in the combinators forum

Also, this

it's essentially a sneak ad for Moog so be aware of that, but still pretty interesting and inspirational.

yeah, so it's super cold rn and I have no life anyway, so I've been watching a HEAP of youtube documentaries.

this is amazing -

Earth are one of my favourite bands and this is a particularly fine set.

Also one of my flatmates got me into the youtube channel PhilosophyTube which is like Philosophy 101 with a left wing slant, presented by a trans woman who is one of the most attractive people on the internet. So that's fun. And I've been watching a lot of Politics Joe's Pubcast shows which is essentially some very left British hipsters getting drunk and slagging off English politicians and it's extremally entertaining.

I just finished binging two of the greatest TV series, Breaking Bad and Sopranos, for the umpteenth time. Great shows no matter how many times I see them!

It looks like Black Mirror has released a new season. Going to start on that one next (because I must need more anxiety about the bleak future in my life).

It looks like Fargo has another season in production. I recently rewatched the movie (love the Cohen Brothers). The TV show is really good. I like how the cast and story changes each season.

It's a one of, for one client. I don't know how much % is the client's vision vs Ferrari's. But you are not wrong. https://manofmany.com/lifestyle/drinks/ ... tle-opener
