How to set up an Spotify Artist page?

Does anyone know how to do that?
I went to spotifyartist.com already but I think the information is very confusing.

It is confusing... but they aren't alone.  I've found that most of these platforms (and getting on them) is a mind melt.

I'm sorry I don't have a magic bullet for you-- spotifyartist.com is how I did it. I will say that I'm not yet "verified" as I don't have 250 followers, so I can't help from that perspective.  Just take it one step at a time, and know that it likely will take longer than 10 minutes to slog through.
