hi guys !

i'd like to share the file of the song that got me a 60% discount on Quad :) .
i can't open the file anymore myself, since i made the track during my 30 day Reason 8 trial, & now i'm back on 7.1.1, so it's like a ghost track to me now :P
well if i can't work it, perhaps other people can , no?
any remixes/edits are welcome, but please inform me if you do such...

Track + info :

RE's used besides Quad (forgive me if i missed one, lol):

Echobode, Etch Red, Antidote (for the reverb), 4dyne, Titan, FETcomp , Uhbik A, Distort Chain, REQ 131 .

Loved your song Jan, but I'm still on 7.1 as well. Good of you to share :)

Also, please rate Quad as compared to Predator and Antidote.
I refrained from getting it, but have the other two.
FYI, i am really into hard basses and strong leads (not so much soft pads)
Seems like Quad was like Parsec, which, what I thought, was really heavy on the pad side.

Thanks

hmm good question !
i think Predator & Antidote are my 2 favorite & most used synths, but Quad (& also Parsec) can sometimes deliver sounds with unique character.
The wobble synth in my Quad-song shows some nice grittyness that Quad can deliver, & i really like experimenting with Quad as bass synth, since it really has a nice lowend sound. compared to Parsec i'd say Quad sounds warmer & more analogue. & it fits nice for a strong lead sound.

Hope this helps !

Thanks
the Quad is on my wish list for this year :)
tryed it during the Quad challenge and the community refill Quad .
as said by Emian , this synth is really good to add some caracter to our sounds .
often i make hardtrance or music with a spytrance feeling , with quad we can setup quickly a hard bass or lead . i 've the Predator ( love it ) but Quad is really more friendly user ( a great GUI ) .

in other way , we can also made some comons sounds
its a well balanced synth with commons sounds and "exotic" sounds with caracter
