Maybe so, but there is already close to 10 packs of there for Europa, so you see more competition, but not much for eXpanse. eXpanse is deeper with its wavetable and sequencer. I think a smaller pack, say a $9, both reduces your development time and risk and at the same time lowers the entry point ...
