The wiring behavior is because when using the Polymodular System, you can route two voices together with one click-drag. If you haven't made a synth with the system it might not make sense. I think the issue you're having with the envelopes is that the loop modes are polyphonic except when choosing a beat division. So to get a monophonic envelope you must choose a beat division. LFO mode is better used for getting random starting points in the loop for each note when Poly is not set to...

Yes! Excellent. Now consider that a signal to noise ratio considered to be inaudible is 90 dB. So, you are looking for noise/aliasing above approximately -114 dB in your plots.

These tests are cool but they can easily be misleading. You need to show the Y axis in the plots. There has been a history of unmatched Y axes in plots on this forum.

You don't need to feel bad about owning the system. I would check out the factory sound bank. A lot of work went into those patches, most are quite complex and interesting.
