The stretching behaves often weird and doesn't seem to follow your changes...

Re: Can't find Pattern Mutator in my player list!
Deleted it from my authorizer, and installed it again, restarted REason 11 suite nothing! Did this more than 5 times....... Looks if there is no hope for a relationship between the mutator and me........ HELP!!!!!! Ok, one last thing: Try to delete the file directly in the RE folder. I am not at my...

Re: Can't find Pattern Mutator in my player list!
You looked into "Players" in the file browser? It's not in the "Rack Extensions".
Maybe you need to re-sync or re-download it from the website.

Re: Concept: Drum synth based on porting Mutable Instruments' Plaits
I like your ideas, but personally i am not a fan of limitations and a dedicated drum synth is a limitation. Normally drum synths play one instrument per note and there is no different notes for a drum sound. This is something i dislike on Kongs modules and wish they were separate little synths. And ...

Re: question for abbey roads keyboards refill who has it ?
It's probably bought on Propellerheads site and than it might not be transferable. If not, you need to check if the seller allows re-selling or gifting (and i doubt it is not allowed). Your best chance is to check this thread: https://forum.reasontalk.com/viewtopic.php?t=7500846 And you can kindly a...

Re: new Reason Studios Player: Pattern Mutator
So, recording from another MIDI clip via a Player device like CVPT could work? I guess yes, but did not tried it yet... Yes, of course! But you can also record clips that are on the same instrument track that Mutator is connected to. Remember that Players go between the MIDI track and its target in...

Re: new Reason Studios Player: Pattern Mutator
I like the idea of that new player and I think I will bu this one day, because I love players in Reason. Hope it will be on sale for XMAS :-). But I have to say, that I would much more appreciate that kind of mutating with a pattern in the sequencer. Maybe there is drag and drop working to drag a m...

Uh...forgot one more thing. Due to their "analog" nature, some devices produce a ground noise which can be very audible under special circumstances.

Re: new Reason Studios Player: Pattern Mutator
Interesting idea by RS and developed by Robotic Beans, which obviously do not like to have spare time... It looks good and a bit unusual for a classic pattern generator. Would be interesting how this compares to all the other "generators", even the "old" CV generators... Guess the main thing here is...

Re: Soundtoys bundle 5
It is, but some user reported some bugs. From my POV they work good. They lack automation possibilities and Soundtoys support ist very bad. Thanks for the quick answer. So you mean for example, you can't adjust a filter while recording so that it moves and records the movement? Can't be worse than ...

Re: Fm between samples
If you try the FM stuff, keep in mind the the loudness of the modulator has a huge impact to the final sound, so keep a Gain control reachable when you try this. Sometimes if the sound is way too harsh, you can use some LPF or BPF to smooth out the highfrequencies, which result in "slower" modulatio...

Re: Fm between samples
Not fully, Thor can only FM the oscillators and the filters. You can FM the filter from outside by sending a sample into the filter as audio and send another sample to the Filter FM. It's not quite the same as real FM, since you FM the filter frequency only.

Re: Grain and PaulStretch
You tried the PaulStretch plugin? https://xenakios.wordpress.com/paulxstretch-plugin/ Sometimes i just drag a sample into the sequencer and stretch the sh!t out of it... For big ambient slow motion things, you just need to slowly modulated "anything", add lots of reverb and slow delays. Here is a qu...
