If the sample is in a refill saving it with the patch would be theft. Can't see RS approving of that.

Like Selig I have not had any problems with Analog Lab and Reason. Unlike Selig I have used it since Reason 9.5.

Again it is not the same, but i remember an old refill where with subtractor and scream they created amazing guitar sounds. I mean it, they had stuff similar to Mark Knopfer's signature sound only with subtractor and distortion from scream.

I assume controlling the rack VST in major DAW's is a different animal if possible at all

rsTouch works with Reason's Remote protocol so it only works with Reason standalone.

The rack VST is controlled in the same way as any other VST using whatever protocol the DAW supports.

I don’t have either so can’t vouch for their quality.

I just checked all 21 combi patches and they work flawlessly.

You can't save settings of the EXP1 so it doesn't support patches.

To use any of the example patches simply drag a combinator from the EXP1 Expression Processor folder into an empty space in the rack.

You can learn more by visiting the developers website and downloading the manual.
