Have Reason Studio's forgotten about this workflow update they promised? that is a rhetorical question. Lol!

You just create different RRP's on different tracks within your host daw for that.

Re: Chord Sequencer Idea
So you're saying using Chord Sequencer Player, you can already play say 4 chords you've previously selected into the sequencer in real time using your midi controller on 1 individual key each? That was indeed what I said  Basically, almost every chord oriented player will map incoming MIDI...

Re: Chord Sequencer Idea
Hi All! My idea would be to layer out your chords in the player and then somehow assign each chord to a separate midi controller key (or is this already do-able?) and then click record in the sequencer and you could hit one key say starting with chord 1 on C1 and then chord 2 on C2 for instance but...

Chord Sequencer Idea
Hi All! Just thought of a good addition (you might say essential) to the Chord Sequencer Player. The ability to add a human element (in terms of time and velocity) to the chords. My idea would be to layer out your chords in the player and then somehow assign each chord to a separate midi controller ...

Re: Reason Studios 13 or 14 (Future Talk)
So like using VST's in Combinators do you mean? I mean sending different MIDI to different instruments, like you can in the DAW. The modularity of Reason becomes way less useful in the Rack plugin for me because everything gets triggered by the same MIDI. You just create different RRP's on differen...

Re: Mixing 2 Songs Together like DJ'ing in the Sequencer!
Tried a few various mixes with these two tracks and I admit defeat other than just dropping sweet sensation in quickly. You can beat match them fine but they are so different key wise even when in time they don't sound good together imo. So the choosing of songs is a big element in DJ'ing I guess. ...

How Can The Next Oasis Get Signed In 2023
Hi All! As a Britpop / Oasis lover I've been writing songs for the past 24 years. If I took my best 11, I'd have an album, I've probably got material for 4 lol! I'm not saying I'm the next Liam Gallagher rock 'n' roll star particularly but how would you get signed in 2023. If I were to form a band a...

Re: Reason Studios 13 or 14 (Future Talk)
Updates and improvements for older versions: as a Reason 11 suite owner I say yes! My wishes.....I dunno, I think 11 suite is good in completeness, it does everything I want, and for what it doesn't do, I use Live 10 suite LOL. Improvements for older versions are called updates. They improve it / a...

I was actually doing it in Reaper but the principle will be the same won't it, I know this site is a good site for getting good responses that's why I posted it here. Won't. Reaper probably handles times trenching differently so it will not be the same principle. First you got to have both tunes at...

god i love that track (sweet sensation) I remember the area 51 track but did not own it however i dropped sweet sensation many times (and still own the vinyl). Phillip is correct your first point of call is to make sure they are the same bpm (as these are of an older era you may find the bpm is not...

I kind of see the first person who made a flute and put 5 holes in it for the fingers to play & reach different notes. 10 people loves it and asks the person to create one for them, they pay with fresh vegetables. Person gets happy, feels, wow, finally I could contribute with to this forest, as bad...

Fair enough but Grain looks awful like a Fisherprice toy whereas Mimic has a cool gui + there's many other features I'm sure in Mimic that aren't in Grain.manisnotabird wrote: ↑01 Apr 2023The thing you can do with Grain.Creativemind wrote: ↑01 Apr 2023

Re: Drag and replace samples(like kicks) in Sequencer
The drum sample directly in the arrangement workflow always baffles me. It seems to be an FL Studio thing, I constantly see it in FL Studio tutorials and live streams. Because some somewhat famous producers work that way in FL Studio (as they probably never used a real drum machine), everyone is co...
