Well I would say no. The Vsts in Reason (and including Avenger that I own) do not allow multi out. but Kong, Redrum and other rack devices with multi outs Is it possible to do this in Reason? Ok with Logic Pro 9 running in 64-bit mode (under El Capitan) I can't even see it in the list, was really curious to check this out.

You ran Mac Os in 64 bit but doesn't mean Logic 9 runs in 64 bit. You need at least Logic Pro X to see the rack plugin, chief!

Logic does not support vst plugins, it only supports mac format plugins called .AU plugins.
