Just zoom to standard 100%?
I don't like extra blur, lags and space on SDD. Despite the fact that I don’t see any advantages from hi-res at all.

No hi-res version

Under the circumstances, I don't see any reason why I would need high-res on my machine. However, I see disadvantages from it and they are not very pleasant.
Why not be able to install a RS with hi-res disabled?

The idea is to press the note again. It works like a toggle button just like the buton works when you're pressing it with the mouse.
Now it is clear. Then if you do not press manually, but do automation, then using the CC will be more convenient, in my opinion.

Re: Record audio (punch in) hands free (map record button to sustain pedal)

I would almost always punch with keys/drums/percussion because that’s how I’ve done it for decades. BUT, with guitar, where I’m a total klutz, I tend to build parts by recording all my individual chords/notes in smaller chunks I can actually play (sometimes each chord on it’s own). Then I trim and ...

Re: Record audio (punch in) hands free (map record button to sustain pedal)

I use a loopbe virtual midi cable, and the midi out device, and created a remote override on the record button in my default project for the keyboard key C-1. When I tested this yesterday, I was able to turn on the recording by pressing the note, but after releasing the note, the recording did not ...

Re: Record audio (punch in) hands free (map record button to sustain pedal)

you can also draw a CC64 (or any other controller, I tried to send a note, but the note does not turn off the recording when it ends itself) to the midi out device and with the output to the midi loopback cable, returning it to the transport panel in the same way as in the video. then it will turn o...

Yep, this way.
But Reason can only arm one midi track at a time.
No, as many tracks as locked (binded) devices

Re: Recording all input live

One midi control surface (in preferences) -> one recording lane. Some midi control surfaces -> some recording lanes. If your midi device have splitted zones and can give separate midi channels, probably you need special remote codecs for multichannel midi recording. If you need just double some trac...

this mode can be achieved using RE from Hamu (RIP Hakan). Newtrol and Modpanel. Or with an external controller.

for some reason, my autorizer has already stopped working, it is impossible to contact the server. Although a month ago it worked well. https://rmmedia.ru/attachments/230532/ Looks like some sort out of outage is preventing you reaching that server where you are. It's still available for me. it would be possible to accept the new system unconditionally if instead of three computers that are authorized for a year under one license, it would be possible to activate one, but permanently.

The new Combinator? The browser is faster and we can now filter by plugin type. And aside from Apple Silicon, there have been several performance improvements. Lots of bug fixes and improvements. There have been 17 updates since the initial release. https://www.reasonstudios.com/en/reason/updates/r...

also this problem can be solved with bluecat's patchwork and inserting in chain vst-plugin with a midi output (for example, from the free pizmidi archive)

Re: Objekt has arrived!

A typical exciter is just shaped noise, so it won’t necessarily sound “analog” in this context. The advantage of external exciters IMO is for stuff like creating rhythmic effects or spectral effects (where the range of frequencies of the exciter changes even when Objekts pitch does not). This could...

Re: Objekt has arrived!

I figure a workaround is to sequence the Odyssey from a midi lane and then use the same midi lane to double track Objekt to it, much in the way we would use a vocoder. This is the best way, but sometimes can try to build a pitch detector (based on Neptune, Beatspeak or something like that). Of cour...

p.s. solved, I found it needs to be set to mono.
