Re: Look At Me, I'm starting my own thread!

The VST version I bought. It's great. Only weird thing: the Deluxe cabs are include but not as amp. The Deluxe is the most well known and used Fender.

Re: So is it ok to only use Reason to export audio?

Dithering shouldn't have anything to do with clipping, since it is added at around -90dBFS for 16 bit files. Your comment makes me want to ask more questions: aren't you using a brick wall limiter when exporting your master at 16 bits? How did you determine the export was clipping? There wasn't a b...

Could you not bypass the cab and use an RV7000 with an impulse response?

Re: New RE coming from Kuassa

A month ago I though the Plini was the best amp sim ever. It is superb but it is also very clean in a "too nice" way. It's not as naughty as this. Hitting my Strat or Tele real hard into this new Kuassa creates a mind blowing real sound. Dry and super nicely edgy. Yea, your opinions what is best se...

VST uses less CPU cycles. And the VST version can load external Impulse Responses. I think VST wins :)

I bought the VST version. It is superb. Best clean amp simulator I am aware of. So Fenderly, so naughty and bell like.

it sounds very cool!!!

this is not right though, not a vocoder was used: 'The Soulsonic Force used a Vocoder in their hit Planet Rock as early hip-hop artists in 1982.'

Re: Kuassa Anniversary Sale. 49% Discount All Amplifikations & Studio FXs

Amplifikation Matchlock crackles when changing mic positions or changing panning or volume as VST in Reason. Bit of a bummer. Maybe the RE will be cool but I prefer VST so I can also use it in non-Reason apps.

Own and love Caliburn! Just waiting for them to come out with a fender amp! :P Looks like it's happening! https://www.kuassa.com/products/amplifikation-matchlock/ interesting! I still hope Kuassa considers crossgrades on their product. buying a product twice is insane. all products I got I get in a...

Apple Magic Trackpad 2 causes audioclicks when using Amp Simulation

When I am using Amp Simulation and higher gain settings for guitar clicking on the Apple Magic Trackpad 2 creates a little amplified noise. It's not very loud but you can hear the clicking on the pad. I also have the Magic Keyboard and that doesn't cause noise. What's causing it? Blue tooth interfer...

Re: Does perfect sound matter?

Yes I agree, the listener actually makes it sound real. If not, no on would ever dance to the beat of a machine. Perfectionism is a way too approach things, but it's not any better than keeping things raw and even include mistake on purpose. I guess that many people like myself grow a dislike to mus...

good test is use a sine wave, set volume low and export it to 16 bits. without dithering it doesn't sound good. dithering can totally change that.
