Re: It was 20 years ago today…
I got Reason 1 as soon as it was out and was blown away. Can't believe it's been that long.
Redrum is still the fastest way for me to get a beat going and Subtractor is still my go to device to test out reverbs etc...

Not going to lie. I would be miffed if this comes out before the M1 update.

Re: Remote mapping drum pads on Novation Launchkey 49
I recently got a launchkey and I'm in the same boat?
Figured it out. Hit Shift then Alt Drum mode. That resolved it.

Thanks. It sounds fantastic but will give it a miss as I’ve got most of them at this point.
I wonder if they will update their other synths.

My dsp is having major issues with certain tracks; my pc is simply not able to play it without glitching like a mofo. To illustrate: my track is playing fine until i open a tdr nova ...

Re: Anybody read to jump to the new MacBook Pro ?
I'm sticking to my 8Gb MacBook Air M1 on Ventura. I've got multiple DAWs and they all run fine.
I don't use large sample libraries so 8Gb is fine for me.

Re: Any update on native M1?
we’re making great progress and have already started a closed alpha test of Reason with M1/M2-support. Once we move into beta, we hope many of you will join. This is from Dec 16th of 2022. https://reasonstudios.com/blog/roadmap-update-from-ceo-niklas-agevik/ Thanks. So a closed beta. At least that'...

Re: Learning Thor Synthesizer
For folks learning I would recommend Subtractor as well. Very straightforward and no hidden menus and a very capable and good sounding synth to boot. Also you can have a ton of them on a track as they use very little cpu.

I recently picked up V9 in the winter sale and I’m delighted. They all sound brilliant.
Seriously thinking about picking up Pigments 4. Sounds amazing. Might pick this up too.

Re: Emulator II
I mainly bought the Arturia V9 collection in the winter sale so I could use the their version of the Emulator II.
By all accounts they did a great job recreating the hardware.
I always liked the look of it.
