Such a thing does not exist imo. If you want something that sounds like Omnisphere, you should probably pick up Omnisphere.

Re: The Reason Livestream RETURNS
I'm particularly looking forward to Eric Barone's stream! I played an absolute crap-ton of Stardew Valley with my wife during lockdown... it was a genuinely lovely reprieve during an otherwise kind of crappy time, and the music is absolutely lovely. The "Nasal Riser" made an appearance in the promo...

Re: VSTs you just bought and VSTs you plan on buying?
I recently picked up Devious Machines' Texture (not to be confused with the AudioThing plugin of the same name). Nice little plug-in for adding (surprise!) texture to certain elements, or as a drum sample trigger. So far I've used it to crunch up low-weighted bass drones, round out kicks, layer snar...

Re: Accusonus - to be no more
I picked up their beatmaking bundle a while ago at a crazy discount as I happened to have a lite version of Regroover or something, I mainly grabbed it for Regroover Pro and Rhythmiq but ended up using Beatformer way, WAY more than I was expecting. Such a useful, quick little tool. Sad to hear they'...

Re: Freezing
What I've done in the past is to route the direct outputs of whatever instrument I'm trying to "freeze" into the master outputs in Reason, export that, bring the audio track into Reason, and then route that directly into whatever the output of the instrument was originally going into. It does mean y...

Re: Its already March...
Interesting to see people landing on Studio One from Reason, I own an older version of Studio One and, while I really love it for certain things, I just didn't gel with it quite as much as I did with Cubase. Can definitely see the appeal though, ditto with Live. I've heard good things about Bitwig S...

Re: Advice for Finishing Songs... breaking out of the loop
I'm curious to hear some advice from the RT userbase. What are your methods, tips and tricks for breaking out of the, what sometimes feels like, never-ending "new project" cycle and turning those 8-bar loops into songs? God, this is something I could talk about for days! But here are a few things I...

Re: Its already March...
See, I'm torn on this. I'm glad that RS are taking the time to fix R12 - I get the impression that R12 was a gargantuan effort in terms of under-the-hood stuff that should pay off dividends in the future, and I totally applaud RS for taking that step - but it's not come without some major teething p...

Ryan always manages to strike that sweet balance between being informative and entertaining in his vids. Really enjoyed this one, I'd love to see more like it - curious as to whether it's inspired anyone to try something similar, as well!

Re: I Am Unsubscribing From Reason+ In One Month - What Do I Need To Know?
I realise you've probably already considered this, but as your subscription is still active it might be worth bouncing any instruments or channels using effects you won't have access to to audio. I tend to keep stems of everything I work on as a precaution, and if you don't then it might not be a ba...

Re: Has anyone tried Windows 11 with Reason?
I installed Win11 last week because I’m a glutton for punishment - zero problems so far, whole thing feels more like a service pack than a full OS update.

Re: (indie/electronic/pop rock) Moments
That was really good. Being a huge brit-pop fan living in Canada, and something you might not even think about, I like the British-ness of the vocals, i.e. not sung in the American dialect (nothing against 'Mercan English, I love it too!). I like when people sing in their natural speaking voice. Th...

so relaxing and somehow still energetic love it the vocals fit really well too Thanks, glad you liked it! :D I kind of wish you'd be more confident with your vocals. You've got a very pleasant timbre. Other than that, it's a solid radio-ready production. Sweet skills, man! Thank you, that's very ni...

Re: "I use Reason" reaction
Reason is far behind other DAWs yes you can make music with it but you’re working harder than other DAW users it’s not even debatable. It’s like two men trying to dig a ditch and one is using a shovel and the other a spoon. Yes both will dig but the guy using a spoon is a fool. I’m not calling Reas...

I'm not going to lie, I've always kind of liked that outsider perception of Reason as something used by weirdos haha! That said, there's definitely been a perception shift from Reason being this cool, slick new thing from the earlier versions to how it's seen now. A frequent comment during that shif...

Also on a side note you may find (though I'm sure you are probably aware of him) The Album Into Deep by the amazing Oliver Lieb as L.S.G, this album is usually not far behind a listen to Mr Slater. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYZqrStqZ9I I've never heard this before, thanks! Been a massive Luke Slater fan for years! The Four Cornered Room album is a work of genius. To be honest, I only discovered him in the past couple of years! I came across Millentum and loved it, and picked up the Chronicles collection on Bandcamp. I'd still love to hear an original master...
