For live purpose I think one solution could be to program a Remote script that does exactly what you want.

Map "Voice Key / Note (full range)" to "Amp / Gain" by a negative value.

Has anyone tried other tape emulations like u-he Satin (has no dry/wet knob) or something else in parallel mode?
I guess there would be phase issues too.

Reaper used to launch updates every 1-2 months in the past. But last time it was updated in March. I don't need it anymore, since Reason supports VSTs. I'm just curious.

Be glad having a manual like that.
Reason is a quite complex and feature-rich software.

Since the advent of the new players .. It would be great to change the key of all players at once in a song. Especially for live.. just a thought. I tried to assign a knob function but you can only assign one knob to one perimeter. I have all of my players set up in combinators. But I can't change ...

blend.io has Reason support, even so kompoz.com has it.

Maybe it can be done with a synth?

Vollenweider uses a special electrical harp, somewhat similar to an e-guitar.
So to get the sound I think it would help to run a harp through a guitar amp.
