I agree with this very much. Did not enjoy this video. He makes stock music so that confirms that he's in it for the money.

This has happened to me as well.

Umpf / Drum Seq can do weird things together too. Sometimes the tracks won't render right when I'm exporting. It only happens with Umpf Retro + Drum Seq.

TBH, I'm not 100% on Zero Crossing. I get what it is on a waveform. Would you mind explaining why it is important for audio loops/slicing?

Is there a way to get the total time spent on a track from a log somewhere? I'd like to know general stats about songs I've worked on.

I have the perfect song to test this with. I hope I get my invite sooner rather than later. You'll probably have to wait a little while to test that song. Illformed Glitch 2 is my favorite. Amazing GUI and I use it on almost every track.

I was renting Umpf Retro. I paid 39.99 over three months. I canceled it and I can finish paying for it whenever I want. It doesn't reset.

Ya this might work. I sent them a support request about 5 months ago. Never heard back. I had to check the plugin manager and enable their Synthmaster Player VST to fix it.

I have both eXpanse and Serum. I tend to go for eXpanse more for wavetable stuff. I love the RE format and it sounds about the same. Also, it can do osc to osc FM which is cool. Learn how to translate Serum to Expanse. Once you do this (it's not that hard), you have thousands of tutorials on youtube.

I think "punishment" is a little extreme. They mean well but the expiration is a bit much. I'm sure somebody in marketing has a reason for the rules they set up.

Apparently it was suicide which he hinted at doing some years ago. I'm saddened by this as well.

Mental health is a very real issue. So sad. Will be listening to Experience, Jilted, Fat and everything else today.

Diva is dope but it tops the list of VSTs that bring Reason to a halt. I prefer The Legend RE ... same kinda vibe and half the cpu needed. For me, at least. Diva makes lovely sounds though and 10.3 should take care of the vst buffer issue.

I really like the Synapse GQ-7 and the Softtube FET. Fab Filter makes excellent stuff too. Pro Q is insane.
