Drumline was my life from middle school into college. My friends went on to march in Drum Corps but I preferred the studio life (no regrets there).

are you writing with 1/2 because of the click only being on 1/2? The click is on the control-room output as well. However, the browser preview (samples etc.) is completely bypassing any routing and goes directly to output 1/2. So that's probably the reason to have them active during writing/composi...

NOTE: IF you go with Neutron, there is only the USB option for MIDI IN if I’m not mistaken, so a moot point.
