Songs?
I use Reason to trial plug-ins, check benchmarks, and see how low my latency can go. Songs are so last century.

Re: Bounce Mixer Channels - more then 4 measures problem
A wild guess. You have 'Loop (left to right location)' checked and you only have the loop markers 4 bars apart? Just set the end of the loop by moving its marker to the amount of bars you want. Alternatively check where it says 'Song' instead of 'Loop' and it will bounce all the way to the end marke...

hey all, I was the one moderating this thread in a rush. I agree that context is sometimes lost when offending posts get removed, and posts that had the offending posts quoted. Hey, jappe it's a thankless job moderating a forum, you made a judgement call, and you ain't the villain here. IMO in this...

This post has had the bejesus edited out of it. WTF? Just shut it down. I'm embarrassed as a ReasonTalker. Post or thread? And why embarrassed? D. I'm betting thread. The embarrassment of hacking out parts of the thread is usually caused by posts being responded to no longer being in any context. I...

yeah, I’m sure that’s all in the manual, but I think it’s a demonstration that they’re putting some thought into these, rather than just throwing a bunch of samples into a new skin and selling it. that accusation seems to get tossed around way too frequently, lately. Yes, the thought that went into...

I'm currently watching my local town in the South East of England being turned into Pitlochry in Scotland for an upcoming series of 'The Crown'. It's fascinating to watch the entire place being transformed into a different location. Heaven knows how much that is costing and it's just for one locati...

I did the curly fries test.
This involves preparing some curly fries and eating them.
If I'm still interested in this thread after the time it takes to do that then I'll report back with the results.

DCam Chan Comp is a decent 1176 emulation, a bit harder to control than the Softube but it's fast and snappy But does it have to be RE? Waves CLA 76 is pretty nice, and always on sale Never heard that DCAM emulates a 1176. Got to check that. I think you probably have heard of it. https://shop.prope...

Re: Is modern music awful?
Awful music can be a joyous thing, whether it's vintage or modern awful.
Modernity has no bearing on awfulness either, there are plenty of shiny turds that act as beacons through time.
