Reason latency is making me go nuts and hate it for playing live guitar!
Reason - > empty project with just one Audio track, no FX, monitoring on, I get pops if latency is not at the very least 128 samples. But even at 128 I get a random pop with a minute or two. I have to change the latency to 256 samples to not hear a pop on instrument input! All this in empty project!...

Reason Players Bug
I don't know where to report this maybe you guys know how to pass this bug to Reason support... Scenario - > Scales and Chords playing 3 notes chords progression into Note Echo (0 ms step length, 10 repeats, pitch +12) sounds different, like not all 33 notes are being sent to the synth, the chord pr...

Re: RE Reverb with Gate?
Hello, Is there any RE Reverb that also has a gate included? Is this tabu? RV7000? Or just put a gate after every reverb you like. Maybe i miss something, but why you explicitly want the gate to be build in? Yes, like RV7000. I always think of gating other reverbs... but instead I default to RV7000...

Re: Anyone using an i9-7980XE CPU? Im having issues
I am getting "computer too slow to play song" on every song I try to load since I got this CPU. I am curious if anyone else is using this CPU with no issues in Reason 10. I have plenty of system resources available so its definitely not a resource issue. Cheers. Have you tried with hyper threading ...

Re: RX950 Reason Competition
Replace it with a synthesized EP. Only Subtractor, Malstrom or Thor. Thanks a lot man! I programmed a quick EP in Thor and popped the RX on it....it's really interesting to hear the mix with and without all the devices! Even when I take it off the main mix buss it loses a lot of the great "old samp...

Re: RX950 Reason Competition
https://soundcloud.com/jimmyklane/akai-dreams I saw that a moderator said "you can use player modules"...I took this to mean the ID8, but am I wrong and that just means the note echo and arpeggio devices? If so, please get back to me after checking out the track so somebody can tell me if I need to...

8. No Zoom of the Rack Window Windows plus "+" key and you are done. On Mac is a similar feature available. Thanks for sharing the solution! 9. The Audio Editor I wish that Propellerhead would focus on improving the audio clips handling in Reason sequencer, especially extra fade in fade out curves!...

Thanks for the ammo! I haven't worked like this in years. Re: RX950 Reason Competition
I bought the RX950 without even trialing it, like half of my RE purchases ))
I had blast with some of the samples while using RX all over the tracks and I want to jump on this competition also.
It is actually my first Alliopa song

Re: Kilohearts-Khs-ONE -> on sale €15.00!!!
I don't know how to effectively program synths and I don't want to learn, not enough time for this. 15 EUR for a synth (that is what I payed) is like buying a new refill with new sounds. When I start a new song, browsing trough presets gets me inspired and then I may tweek the settings a bit to ada...

Re: Video - Digital Audio and the DSP meter
Thank you Norman for such a great explanation!
I hope one day a special "digital audio port interface for real time audio" will be developed as a standard on most motherboards, with low latency and high priority in the whole PC system architecture.

Creme is awesome. Why buy another synth though, totally pointless. Re: Basic Reason question::drag-copy
Out of memory, I think I do it duplicating the mix channel and it recreates all devices and tracks under it? I used to to be very demanding of Propellerhead to improve Reason and batch a lot about how under developed it is ant it's RE sdk, but never asked for VST support ..... I understand now that ...

Re: From i5 3570K to i7 3770K using R10 worth it ?
I guess that performance will improve 10% in projects where you have some audio or synth tracks with many or demanding insert FX on them. For projects (with independent parallel tracks) where you only have lots of tracks with small processing demands per track without much CV going between tracks, t...

For headphone correction will clearly use the original (Sonarworks). For guitar.. Re: Impulse response loader Rack Extension
I don't like RV7000 for IR, done some tests and it seems that it has low resolution in applying a frequency response. I have made new tests. ..In my opinion the graphs show that RV7000 is more accurate when it comes to the Freq response. OK so, we're back to using RV7000 then? :D For headphone corr...

Re: Impulse response loader Rack Extension
I have made new tests. Methodology: 1. Created an one sample pulse in Audacity, saved in 1 second long file stereo wav 24 bit 48000hz. -> file name = "Pulse" 2. Recorded the pulse file trough Sonarworks AK701 preset (with minimum phase and -10.1 db output) -> named the file "IR Sonarworks". 3. Reaso...

Can you elaborate on the tests you did and the problems you found? I've never noticed any obvious problems usin...
