Re: (Don´t know the genre to include) You

I like this a lot. That wash of sound is lush. Only criticism would be the drums; drop their level a bit, maybe introduce some automation for crescendo and let that background sound out. It deserves to be heard in my opinion.

Re: Gravy

It's a recurring dream, quite abstract. Not visual, it's more of a feeling, but the best way I can describe it is through visual reference. A line on a screen horizontality scrolling from left to right. Or a ribbon of freshly forged, glowing red steel running through a rolling mill. Or perhaps even ...

(Big Band Orchestration; maybe!) Billy Belthorpe's, House Band Practice.

Another attempt at big band compositions and arrangements. Reason synths and samples, recorded guitars. The conductor hasn't got a clue and the band has one eye on the free bar. 3W5M6E8t And just in case you're wondering who Billy Belthorpe is, well he was the figment of my imagination from a much e...

Have always enjoyed listening to your compositions due to experimental nature so I welcome this post, keep it updated and the music coming during the rest of 2018. I may well adopt the same approach to overcome an inherent shyness and the pain of insecurity of posting my own compositions. Both good ...

That was it! Well done Adabler; your memory is somewhat better than mine! The pertinent bit. Is there any way for a song to end automatically? Actually, yes. Provided that you have R7 or above. Please note that I am not the creator of this trick as I learnt it from someone in PUF. Also, I am a super...

Re: Transport stop

There is a way using the EMI, but I'll be damned if I can recall what it is; let me dig through the archives.

There was also the option of automating the tempo on the transport channel, dropping down to 1BPM after the song finishes.

Wow! This is a thing of beauty and pairing it with the unique sounds of the X-705 and JPS HS is giving me goose-bumps.

Nice touch with the combinators too; is that Esselfortium's avatar?

Bullshit, it does not improve performance. Would love you to prove it. Yes. Power profiles in windows. Switch them off when using Reason and you should see improved performance.

Personally, I'd switch them off for ever, but that's your choice.

It's true. We bang on about missing CV on REs, but haven't a clue what to do with them. It's a good job CV and audio sockets are different sizes, I'd have wired it up wrong and would likely cause a serious, serial reverse-loop interphase of the Central Sverige Framitz. The notion that using CV is d...

Has anyone noticed no matter where you set the loop points inside Reason the very first note of the loop doesn't get triggered with Maschine?
