Is it possible to sidechain a VST compressor by using the extra audio ins on the back or VST rack devices?

How does it work if you send your album to iTunes? Does apple adjust the volume to meet their loudness standards? I forget what lufs they aim for, let's say 14. If you submit a song with lufs 8 do they turn it down 6? If it's 20 do they turn it up 6? Then what happens when a customer buys that album...

I go for -0.2db peak. If you have less it can mess with the antialising when compressed to mp3. Regarding LUF I usually go for around -10db to -14db (during the "main part of the song".
