Great minds. I'm also looking for an alternative to ZenAudio ALK2 since it does not work well with my midi wind controller. To clarify, can arranged looping be done in Reason 10? If so, a breakdown would be much appreciated.

Re: Why is Polar so damn slow?

You mean its delayed? Its the nature of the device. The best workaround i've found is to modify the original sound delay time to match the pitch shifters (if used), then use a TS-1 to dial back the time to match the rest of the music. No good for real-time though unless you use a reverb and its an ...

Why is Polar so damn slow?

Reason doesn't have a nice pitch shifter that is fast and sounds clear. Polar on Fast setting is still slow and sounds totally wobbly when using it for example as an octave device for guitar. Any guitar multi fx processor can do that lightning fast and crystal clear. Any RE which are superb? Please ...

Re: Stop the censorship-machinery! Save the Internet!

What do you mean with "why do people always think black OR white"? I mean either totally localized power or totally centralized power. The proper way would be what I said, BOTH. You need something EU or even world level for some things and for many things you can basically do it in the village coun...

Re: Stop the censorship-machinery! Save the Internet!

For me the question "is it better for countries to form one big team of states/countries or to go for their own independence?" is still a hard one. I would say: always divide power. So China turning to big is bad. VS being big is bad etc. But on the other hand... don't know. Hard question. What I d...

One of the more stupid ideas of EU was VAT MOSS. Any European person needs to pay the tax/VAT for the own country. Making bookkeeping for webshops an incredible hassle. Re: LaunchBox FX Processor

I have always wanted a more modular Reason. The Props designing smaller devices so you can create your own devices. Maybe this gives them some ideas. But I would take this a lot further, every module should have a backpanel with audio and CV I am sure that's not possible right now in the SDK. I can...

Re: The myth of guitar speaker distortion

I love bass players. They can totally change the tonality and groove of music. "Change the tonality" - thats the thing. Because they have the fundamental root note with the most energy in their hands all other notes "pull" towards that tonal center. Meaning if everything is in tune but the bass is ...

Re: The myth of guitar speaker distortion

This might be OT, but i would strongly recommend to read tech notes (page 12-13) from this manual. This is the manual of Egnater Rebel tube amps - absolutely the best tube amp i've ever owned in all aspects. Bruce Egnater is a real genius and these tech notes are a must read for any guitarist (conv...

Re: Is there a tuner rack extension for Reason?

Simply select Rec Source on the device you want to tune and you can use that Source as input for an audio track and use the tuner. Screen Shot 2018-06-21 at 09.06.56.png So you're saying I can tune an 808 sample this way? Could you post a video of you doing this? I've quickly made this: https://www...
