Which version of Reason and what is in your Soundbank folder after you install? (ProgramData\Propellerhead Software\Soundbanks) assuming Windows.

Re: Downsized and happier.
This post has inspired me to clean out my laptop of all unnecessary files... all 74 million of them! In fact I probably need a new laptop soon as it's starting to show its age, the SD card reader and ethernet internet port seems to have stopped working. I can tell you what's been preventing me...

Front-8 and RVL-1 missing user manuals
I'm thinking of experimenting with the following utilities: Front-8 Graphical CV Router and RVL-1 CV Display found here: https://www.reasonstudios.com/shop/browse/?developer=Pepin%20Hazan Unfortunately when I try to download the user manuals on both items pages I receive the following message: Bad R...

Definitely a Reason issue. So many users report the browsers slow speed amongst other things.

Re: Keep search term in browser search box.
Windows 7's own search works at light speed in comparison. I often search for missing samples with W7 then navigate to the folder in Reasons browser then tell it to look there. What I find bizarre is if you direct the search one folder up, Reason won't search that folder then the subfolder which the...

Keep search term in browser search box.
Hello, haven't posted on this forum for a long time. There's many reasons for this including becoming disillusioned with all things 'Reason' including this site, that said, a lot of that was due to how I responded to posts on here and how I felt about Reasons limitations. I have to take some respons...

Re: Thor Preset advice
These are dope, you've certainly put some thought and detail into them! Great leads and pads. Thor is quite a beast on the quiet. I'd say keep doing what you do, experiment with Thors Delay and Chorus a bit more on the some of the sounds maybe. Assign parameters to the rotaries such as filter cut of...

Gonna report this as a bug as part of the 10.3 testing. I'll credit you for discovering it. Edit: I might as well simply give them this link. Unless someone already has, no-one else need do this now.

Re: What's your favorite food?
I don't actually know! It changes all the time. 'This week I be mostly eating' toast with chick pea hummus. ('The Fast Show' reference). Next week it could be Potatoes with melted cheese on them and some steamed broccoli. Sometimes I like curries but I haven't had one for a while.

Re: What is the quickest way to record samples into NN-XT?
Yes, you'll have to do it manually. Best thing to do, record the samples in Audacity like you say, trim / tweak them as desired then drag them all into an NN-XT. I'm sure you'll already be aware but I'll say it anyway... you have access to different functions when right clicking on the NN-XT that ca...

Re: VST fix for v9.5 ?
I think it's safe to say there are two different 'main' versions of Reason now. I know there are earlier versions. What I mean is 9.5 is the end result of all those and 10 onwards is Reason going in a new direction (is that an accurate analogy?), therefore I believe Props should work on fixes for 9....

Re: Reason issue
Better late than never reply. Let us know if you've already worked this out. If not: 1) Does it matter which sampler I use in Reason NN-19, NN-XT or Grain? I'm not really sure which tool is best for this job here, and which device in reason is mirrored by Cubases sampler Not really but for a single ...

Re: O**s! An internet error occurred.
Discovered today that TomsHardware has the same annoyance: 'O**s! We ran into some problems'. Also it's starting to come into the real world. The other day I saw a recycle bin with a card attached to it with a cartoon depiction of a bin man saying 'o**ps' within a speech bubble then something about ...

Re: Ochen K appreciation
I purchased 'Glitch' after literally one second of demoing it. I wouldn't have if it had been overpriced like almost all the other RE's out there. For the price, seriously, yes it took one second. (Ok, I had an idea what it was like from a youtube video )

Guess what, today I found out Gumtree uses it! 'O**s... The page you are looking for has expired.' Why not 'sorry, the page you are looking for has expired, or perhaps just do away with the o**s word altogether! I'm sick of seeing these messages now. There can only be one person writing these messag...

O**s! An internet error occurred.
I'm convinced lately there's only one person writing all the error messages across the entire Internet, almost all the ones I've come across the last few months start with the word 'Oops!' I'm going to censor further instances of this word, cause I'm tired of it now. It is a recent occurrance, I don...
