I just saw that. Is this a brand new release from Pink noise? If so why does it say its version 2.5.

My guess is that the engine is essentially the same as the others but has a different sample bank behind it.

Once upon a time I started using Logic. Found it unstable and unpredictable so then switched to Cakewalk/Sonar. Used that for many years until I got Reason 1 and adjusted the workflow. Then found Cakewalk/Sonar far too clumsy and difficult to configure. Switched to Reason only at about version 2.5. ...

Yes, has happened twice now; have had to recover my Win 10 account. Seems to be the misguided genius of Microsoft in an attempt to make things secure. Most recently it removed MS Office and all files associated with it. Everything I have saved on my PC is copied/backed up to a personal cloud drive.
