Re: WOW - The Omnisphere 2.5 Free Update

If your performance is struggling do what I did this is true of all VST's (mac) I created a separate folder on my dedicated sad for Reason's files and Refills created a Library Alias with Application Support /Audio/Plug-Ins /VST Just like your boot drive I only Insert the VST's I plan to use per pro...

Solve VST Overload?

May have found a solution to NOT load all your VST's which tend in my case to be problematic. I have a separate Reason SSD Disk for all my samples Rexes and Refills and I created a VST Folder on that disk outside of my boot drive on OS X. I reinstalled the VST in this case Avenger and sho nuff. Only...

Re: How About A Making Refill Standalone Extractor?

Not wanting to crack but would be nice not to have to open Reason to preview loops etc and send them elsewhere. For example Loopmasters sells grouped loops by Application each a different price . Would be nice to just be the refill version and then Maybe move what I want to Logic Pro etc

How About A Making Refill Standalone Extractor?

Don't know if it exists but would love to be able to extract sounds ,loops etc outside of Reason , I like using Ice'd Audio in OS X to catalog and preview things would be nice to have Refills be accessed in same fashion. I say it's worth 29-49 bucks? Thanks

Also anytime I click on a patch from browser it automatically creates a new track rather than just change the existing track

Re: PHeads: Pls put off VSTs til ver. 10 and fix the Browser NOW!

Point well taken. My biggest beefs are with the browser/directory and the inability to scale extensions in order not to have my nose pressing the monitor to see. Would be nice to customize a scaled down what I use extension grab and go option in the browser along with one that responds to directory ...

Re: Reveal Sound ReSpire in the shop x $59 !!

Sounds Yuge yes it looks like it will have lot's of updates coming forth as some things out of kilter and patches a tad hot on a few Overall this thing sounds really really big with out a combi or effect patch in sight. Nice when a developer goes for it on their own w/o relying on combi's out of the...

Re: GRID64G by Retouch control!

This was the one I was waiting/wishing for for a while . I was not happy with the other Push work flows but this one pretty much nails it Yes the mouse should be able to sweep the grid better but using the controller seems fine.

Save your self some money I was underwhelmed , I guess if you want to use the synths as building blocks great but the patches I used were pretty dull. IMHO

Re: MacBook Pro 2016 15" 2.7Ghz Touch Bar and Reason9 performance.

Best Macbook Pro was the ones with the Nvidia Cards and 16gbs of ram with ssd. Graphic cards do make a difference and those were unique because the had both Intel and Nvidia graphics like this spec This model has the NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2GB GDDR5 Video Card and the integrated Intel Iris 5200 Pro ...
