That is so completely true, it's shocking!

Has anyone ever mocked up Reason - say a few devices and a mixer - to use very generic interface elements, a la Ableton Live racks? I know it would be boring as hell but, it might also be a work of wonder.

They should have got it on subscription!

Yeah you can do this. As *.ReaperAutoItem files, so they load back in as proper smooth curves, exactly as you saved them.

Haven't got this problem in Kong from version 5. But then that was before subscriptions.

Users here are too company-friendly.

Well politeness is nice, and it's healthy to feel a sense of gratitude to things. Then again, buying the same thing each year is madness, and only makes these lazy, cynical "old wine in new bottle" updates more likely to continue.

I don't think VSTs are a big deal. But I do think these moves were funny enough to make the software name kinda ironic: - Churning out 50+ "devices" that all do the same thing, often with the same code/sound/filters/fx. It's a modular-ish environment already, you could have added a bunch of low-leve...

You can also add labels to block instances. Blocks are cool when using multiple instances, each with various muted clips, so the labelling could be helpful in describing what's happening. Or for motivational quotes.

Just for starters - the min. attack time is 0.2ms, which (if accurate) is inexcusable for a percussion device and should be considered a bug.

Don't worry about that, it's just bad labelling. I can hear it play single-sample pulse beats (0.023 ms) just fine!

Self-contain the samples in all the songs before moving/archiving them. Back up any (non-FSB) refills along with the songs.

Hi Sascha, it sounds like you are triggering MIDI note 60 and upwards (where Reason weirdly maps to three successive notes per pad). You want to drop down 2 octaves to trigger MIDI notes 36-51 (a more sensible one note per pad).
