Yes thank you PH! Great job on this update!
VST performance, and sequencer QoL improvements and perhaps a general performance boost for Reason (can play way more instances of The Legend VST in Live than The Legend RE in Reason for example) and I would be the happiest guy in the world.

(Deep House / Analog House) Satu
Hi folks! Recently I bought a Roland SE-02 and I really love that little monophonic analog monster. So I fired up Reason and made a track that consists mostly of Roland's & Studio Electronic's take on the classic Moog architecture. This synth can sing! Any feedback appreciated! https://soundcloud.co...

Re: Bad acoustics are great
[...] Anyway, and again, the reason to have a "flat" room is to eliminate one variable and make your mixes the MOST translatable as possible. Also, it's more fun. ;) I get what you're saying and you're of course right speaking in a professional context. Junkie XL's room isn't untreated either since...

Junkie XL on why he doesn't treat his room https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QdbwKvdX9ik I would guess for the small time bedroom producer it's much more important to learn the sound of your room, and test your mix on different types of devices. If it sounds good in your room, on your mom's PC speaker...

Re: Layers wave edition
Literally just demo'd it for 5 minutes before buying. I love those Layers instruments (and for that matter LUNA). Almost 0 DSP usage, and the quality of the samples... awesome... and if you don't have to cream your pants after hearing a Waldorf Wave there's something wrong with you...

Re: Propellerhead's Parsec Spectral Synthesizer Song Challenge
Does this mean I can use third party drum samples, or just FSB drum samples?Any Factory Sound Bank drums and/or samples, but not drums and/or samples from external plug-ins.
If I can use third party drum and percussion samples how can I know if they are created with "external plug-ins"?

Thanks for the feedback! I'll keep that in mind.
Your tracks are nice, too! What are you using for your orchestral bits?

Re: Parsec 2 is in the shop!
Would be pretty sick actually if PH would remake all their stuff... Malström 2, Kong 2, perhaps an up-to-date sampler....sdst wrote: Thor 2 confirmed in reason 10.

Your procedurally generated patches are so awesome. Everytime I'm playing with these magic happens.

Re: Blamsoft and eXode present: eXpanse - Hyperwave Synthesizer
This synth is a thing of beauty. It can sound ridiculously warm and full and it's a joy to play with it.
Some test drive with expanse and perhaps an entry for the song contest if I can finish it:
