I use Bitwig because it's interesting, not because it should get. After using it, Reason felt so limited and uncreative.

But I make music in the rack and not the sequencer. How do you explain that: Stack as many filters as you want to narrow your results down - Matthias That seems to me more applicable to the rack than the browser he's referring to - maybe spectral filtering will come into play. Where's the promo vid? Some companies have them even for point updates. Just saying. I need some skull and bones, some beast smashing tones. Not this avant garde techno electro which doesn't seem to fit my workflow or choice of reality.

I think my free Reason+ sub is still going past release date, so will give it a shot.

To be frank though, from my view, it's a little bit too little late, but congrats on getting something done at least.

Reaktor and Omnisphere has more features than Reason, lol

Bitwig at least is giving you a bang for your buck, whereas if you were a Reason+ user you'd be thinking "oh Reason Studios, where art thou?"

I skipped the last Europa update and will be skipping ALL future bug updates until I see some Real progress towards improving Reason 12 or a Reason 13 release...

I agree it's sad to not see any major improvements in Reason currently, but surely the purpose is not to update but rather make music?

Has Reason basically been abandoned now workflow wise? just ridiculous now. We're half way through the third month of 2024 after a year of waiting for workflow additions.

I have a feeling they are working on something big. Why give up once you have so much more to explore?
