So, there are no discounts for the upgrade and full Reason version. They are promoting subscription model all the time, and they are doing this very importunately. And again, I've got a feeling that they are fading out perpetual licenses, and it's only a matter of time when they will be abandoned

I would guess it is time to put up the old wish list of wanted/needed improvements for Reason 13! i.e. Vst3 support, track freeze and folders, multi edit smart tool cursor, midi chase and many needed sequencer/mixer additions.
