Yeah, thought of that and downloaded yesterday. I just tried re-saving every last patch and it made it further before stopping again, so I guess I'm onto something.

OK - so I found another thread that says if the ReFill is more than 3.9 GB it fails and gives "Bad Format" error.

Now, I know we've made Refills in the past that are larger; is it really possible to split this one up and combine it after it packs?
